ICMM Rehabilitation Mission

Rehabilitation mission  from May 22-28, 2017

Our specialists came from Mexico and US. Rehabilitologist dr. Noemi Garcia from Mexico and Physiotherapist, Kay Christian from US. Both of them were nice specialists and devoted Christians.

Educational  program was ‘Kinesiotherapy application in Rehabilitation’.

We saw different patients. Norair 8 month ago suddenly had lost the strength in his legs and was almost parilzed. By the instruction of our friend Dr. Vahe, he received some injections and with physiotherapy he had quite improvment. He had lost his hope and was very disappointed, didn’t want to see any doctor anymore. 2 times we saw him, one in Chiropractic mission and one in Rehab mission at Canadian clinic.

All his life he had done hard work and lifted heavy things which caused deformation of his spine etc.

Another patient was a child with CP.

After examining the child right instruction of exercises was given to her parents.

In hospitals we saw different patients and soldiers who were shot during war.

In N1 hospital- Kay showing the hospital instructor how to work with the patient. At ‘Mikaelyan’ hospital with Dr Noemi. Dr. Nune Ter-Margaryan and Kay!

Chiropractic mission with “Arpan Global” mission’s Chiropractor and “St. Gregor Lusavorich” medical center.

From 15-19th of May in cooperation with “Arpan Global Charities”, US and “St. Gregor Lusavorich medical Center”  Chiropractic charity service took place  at “St. Gregor Lusavorich” medical center, physiotherapy department. Each day we saw 25-27 patients and the total was 120 at the end. We involve our volunteer translators in this mission as well. Chiropractor is Armenian from US, Dr. Kamer Migirdichian. Our team joined Marlin from Australia, she was an Occupational Therapist. After Chiropractic adjustments patients were sent to her for therapy.
