ICMM/NIH Family Medicine conference

ICMM in cooperation with NIH and doctors from UK, Lebanon and Armenia already third time has organized Family Medicine Conference at NIH.

Our speakers were: Prof. Samvel Hovhannisyan (President of Family Medicine Association and head of Family Medicine department, NIH), Siranush Varderesyan (Ass. professor of YSMU , department of Physiology), Hajk Khojayann (Psychologist, Psychotherapist at Maple leafs Armenian Canadian clinic), Dr. Rose and Roland Simpson (Family Doctors, tutor from Brighten University, chief of Family Medicine surgery at Southampton, UK), Dr. Vahe Abrahamyan ( Doctor of Sport Medicine and Chiropractor, owner of Basic clinic at Lebanon ) and Dr. Syuzanna Voskanyan ( Family Doctor and Doctor of Kinesiotherapy at Armenian-Canadian clinic, Executive Director of ICMM ngo).

First ICMM outreach mission in Gyumry

Our team consisted of Orthopedician, Cardiologist, Eye doctor, Doctor of Kinesiotherapy and Family Doctors , a nurse, translators and assistants.

In several hours more than 150 patients had been serviced. With eye examination also glasses were distributed for 63 patients. 25 patients had musculo-skeletal problems and received treatment accordingly, most of them will be needed follow up, 29 patients saw Cardiologist with different CV problems and almost 60 patients were serviced by Family Doctors.

We would like to show our heart-filled gratitude to once who supported for this mission and had part in it. Special thanks to Mr. Hovsep Nazarian for helping with medicine , Rumanien Hilfe for supporting ICMM programs, Doctors: Krikor Tarakjyan, Magy Keleshian, Vahe Abrahamyan, Rose and Roli Simpson, Syuzanna Voskanyan, all assisting team and organizers.

May God bless all of them and we hope to continue outreach missions in Armenia as soon as we are supported for it.

Փուլ 3, Մայիս 6-10, 2019/ Stage 3, May 6-10, 2019

ICMM կազմակերպությունը՝ համագործակցելով տեղացի և արտերկրյա մասնագետների հետ ( Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Լիբանան, Կանադա) կազմակերպում է Ընտանեկան բժշկության համագումար մայիսի 6-10, 2019։

Առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից շնորվել է 20 կրեդիտ՝ ՇՄԶ 13 տեսական և 7 գործնական կրեդիտ

ICMM in cooperation with NIH and doctors from UK, Canada, Lebanon and Armenia organizing Family Medicine conference, third stage of Family Doctors educational program from May 6-10, 2019.

Դասախությունները կլինեն բժշկության տարբեր ասպարեզներից՝ Մաշկաբանություն, Սրտաբանություն, Միզաբանություն, Հոգեբանություն, Լաբորատոր թեստերի վերլուծություն, հենաշարժիչ համակարգի խնդիրների վերաբերյալ , Գինեկոլոգիա և այլն։ Lectures will be from different areas of Medicine , such as : Urology, Gynecology, Dermatology, Masculo-skeletal, Cardiology, Psychiatry, Lab-tests etc.
